Autumn Festival School Celebration Sept. 2011

The school I worked for, Garden House, holds a celebration every year for Autumn Festival. This year we gathered at a park. First, we all gathered around and spent some time chatting with the parents and their kids. Since I had missed the first week of few days of school, I still had not met a bunch of the parents. So this was the first time I spoke to them. Next, we passed out the kids lanterns that they made at school. We then walked around in a large circle singing songs and carrying our lanterns. Fun time getting to know my fellow co-workers, the parents, and the kids.
