Chinese New Year Feb. 2011

One of my favorite things about living in Hong Kong was celebrating Chinese New Year. They have lots of cool things to do around the city. They have a parade and awesome fireworks over the harbor. The first Chinese New Year we experienced in HK was so fun. We met up with a bunch of people from our branch (congregation at church) and watched the parade. The parade was a little cheesy and slightly lame but hanging out and making new friends was super awesome! Of course I loved watching the kiddos have a fun time. Especially since little blonde kids are like celebrities in HK so we attracted a lot of attention. Here are some collages and a video from the fun night:
